מה צריך?

BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent previous experience; an MBA is an advantage.
At least 4 years of experience in a sales leadership position at a startup company, with demonstrated success in selling to high-level technical decision-makers, including DevOps Managers, VPs of R&D, and CTOs.

Customer-obsessed approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Solid understanding of AWS services and FinOps technologies, enabling effective communication of value to customers.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot, and a strong understanding of innovative sales tools, including AI-driven platforms to streamline and enhance sales and SDR workflows.
Demonstrated expertise in building, developing, and leading high-performing sales teams, securing high-value deals, and accelerating growth.
​​Exceptional negotiation skills demonstrated by a history of top-tier sales achievements.
Data-driven decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous learning and adaptability.
Ability to build and scale sales processes, develop sales forecasts, and provide strategic insights to senior management.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions for customers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Be a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored value propositions.
Deliver and negotiate compelling proposals that effectively communicate our value proposition and secure new business.
Capture and analyze market feedback, delivering strategic insights to refine our sales strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Serve as the company’s ambassador at key industry events, showcasing our value proposition and generating high-quality leads.
