Junior Configuration Management

We’re hiring a Junior Configuration Management Specialist for a key entry-level role at a global high-tech company specializing in the development and manufacturing of LiDAR sensors for autonomous vehicles

Join our engineering team and become an integral part of the product development process — working at the intersection of engineering, R&D, operations, and manufacturing.

* Leading Engineering Change Order (ECO) processes in PLM systems

* Managing and maintaining Bills of Materials (BOM) and configuration versions throughout the product lifecycle

* Tracking, reviewing, and distributing engineering documents across multiple teams

* Participating in NPI processes and supporting the transition from development to production, while ensuring engineering standards are met

* B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related field – MUST

* Fluency in English – reading, writing, and verbal communication 

* Strong technical acumen and the ability to manage and drive processes across diverse teams in a multi-interface environment

* Analytical skills, attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and solid problem-solving abilities

* Experience with PLM/ERP systems – an advantage
