Rotem Meitiv

Managing Director, Experis Israel

 

Rotem joined Experis Israel in 2018. Over the years, she has held several management positions, including strategic client management, business development in the Academy and Cyber divisions, leading the company's entire Cyber operations, and most recently serving as Deputy CEO.

Rotem holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems from Shenkar, graduating with honors.

 

 

 





Menashe Kamara

Head of Managed Cyber Security Services

 

Menashe joined the company in 2019 and has since led the SOC domain with great efficiency. Under his leadership, the SOC department has experienced significant client growth over the past four years.

He brings extensive experience in managing SOC and IR processes, which has led to enhanced service quality and increased client trust. Menashe is known for being a results-driven manager focused on continuous improvement and innovation in the field of cybersecurity.





Zohar Kaplan

CISO & Project Manager

 

Zohar joined Experis Cyber five years ago, bringing with him extensive experience in leading organizations in the social sector both in Israel and abroad. Today, he serves as the company’s CISO and leads cybersecurity operations for several clients, providing consulting and managing critical security services.

In his role, Zohar oversees cybersecurity activity across various organizations, including CISO-as-a-Service, risk assessments, executive tabletop exercises, ISO 27001 readiness, compliance services, supply chain risk management, and phishing simulations. He also leads the Penetration Testing team, identifying vulnerabilities and strengthening organizational resilience against digital threats.

Zohar has a rich academic background, including a teaching certificate from the Open University, a bachelor’s degree from the Hebrew University, an executive master’s degree from Tel Aviv University, and a CISO certification from the Technion. His broad managerial insight combined with deep technological expertise allows him to drive strategic processes and ensure top-tier protection for clients in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.





Moran Cohen

Senior Sales Expert & Business Development Manager

 

Moran joined the Cyber Division in 2021 and has since led the division’s sales and business development efforts.

Before joining the team, she accumulated over 30 years of experience in sales and customer management at some of Israel’s largest companies.





Roman Malachov

SOC Manager

 

Roman heads the SOC center, monitoring over 50 organizations from various sectors, including critical infrastructure in Israel. In his role, he is responsible for managing analyst teams, developing advanced workflows, implementing controls, and ensuring real-time threat response.

Roman has rich experience in managing and operating information security systems, as well as a strong background in team leadership and developing response strategies for emerging threats. He began his tech journey after a career in professional sports and has since gained international experience working with global companies, including leading a technical support department for Apple in Greece.

He holds advanced certifications in network and cybersecurity management, including courses from IBM, and combines deep technical knowledge with a strong operational and business understanding of organizational needs. His vision is to continue developing and optimizing the SOC, training the next generation of cybersecurity professionals, and strengthening organizational resilience against advanced digital threats.





Oshrat Menashe

Customer Success Manager

 

Oshrat joined Experis in 2024 and brings with her over a decade of experience in project management and Customer Success, with a unique ability to lead processes and deeply understand client needs. In her role, she focuses on team leadership, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring an optimal customer experience.

Beyond her professional achievements, Oshrat views her greatest success as balancing a demanding career with her most important role – being a mother. She fosters an empowering and supportive environment that reflects Experis' core values.

She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology, has volunteered for years at an orphanage, and continues to give back to the community by preparing meals for families in need – driven by a belief in meaningful action both at work and in life.
