Rotem joined Experis Israel in 2018. Over the years, she has held several managerial positions, including managing strategic clients, business development in the Academy and Cyber divisions, overseeing the company’s entire Cyber operations, and serving as Deputy CEO. Rotem holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management with a specialization in Information Systems from Shenkar, graduating with honors.

Rotem Meitiv

Hagit joined Experis Israel in 2001. In her current role, she manages headquarters recruitment and training, as well as handling all matters related to the welfare and employment of hundreds of company employees, both at headquarters and those working at client sites across the country.
In the operational field, Hagit is the central axis in the ongoing management of the company&#8217;s operations at all branches, including project management, infrastructure establishment, budget preparation, procurement and supplier management, tenders, and more.

Hagit Peltz

Raz joined Experis in 2021 and took over the reins of the marketing department.
A graduate of the Copywriting and Advertising course at Shenkar College, Raz began his journey in the marketing world as a copywriter at several digital agencies, specializing in UX. Then He moved on to managing the creative aspects of a successful digital agency, handling the marketing side of some of the largest organizations in the economy. Today, he manages the entire marketing ecosystem of Experis.

Raz Flatow

Shay joined us with over 20 years of rich experience in sales and business development within high-tech and telecom companies, catering to both local and international markets. Shay possesses leadership abilities and extensive experience in developing and executing results-driven strategies, building short- and long-term work plans, setting clear, measurable, and monitored objectives, improving processes, fostering a work culture that encourages innovation and success, creating new growth engines, identifying new marketing opportunities and pushing them forward, establishing new collaborations, and strengthening relationships with manufacturers and integrators.

Shay Barnea

Zohar began her journey at Experis as a Strategic Account Manager, later advancing to lead recruitment teams. Time and again, she has proven that the key to successful placements lies in attentive listening and a deep understanding of the company&#8217;s needs, the role, and the people behind them.
The IT Resourcing Division specializes in matching top talent with Israel’s leading tech companies, offering hybrid and flexible staffing solutions tailored to organizational needs. These include full outsourcing employment models managed by Experis, hybrid models combining outsourcing and direct placement, and other solutions designed to meet any hiring challenge.

Zohar Binyamin

Rivi has been with Experis for 8 years, growing from a position as a tech recruitment consultant to team leader, division manager, and currently serves as Head of Recruitment and Operational Innovation within the IT Resourcing Division.
She brings extensive experience in tech recruitment and a deep understanding of the industry &#8211; from both the candidate’s and the employer’s perspective. Rivi believes in a quality-driven approach that emphasizes precise alignment between company needs and candidate aspirations.
The IT Resourcing Division focuses on identifying top-tier talent for every role in the high-tech sector &#8211; from developers and software engineers to QA professionals and BI experts &#8211; ensuring a perfect match based on technical requirements, team dynamics, and company goals.

Rivi Federman

Nitzan joined us in 2022 as a Strategic Customer Manager, following 4 years of teaching mathematics at the Ministry of Education and extensive experience in product sales abroad. Throughout her role, she honed her managerial skills and development, customer service, and end-to-end customer management abilities, leading her to the position she currently holds – Sales and Business Development Manager. Nitzan holds a bachelor&#8217;s degree in Human Resources, a teaching certificate from the Ministry of Education, and a CBT coaching certificate.
