Logistics Specialist

We are looking for a Production Line Logistics to join a High-tech company located in Rosh HaAyin.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute material supply from warehouse to production line.
• Ensure line is stocked with the right components, tools, and consumables at the right time.
• Monitor material consumption and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Support production teams by handling material returns, rework materials, or scrap removal.
• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and production planning teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain accuracy of inventory transactions in ERP/MES systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for material handling and logistics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize material flow and reduce waste.

Requirements & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/ logistics certification – an advantage.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, material handling, or production support (preferably in manufacturing).
• Familiarity with ERP/MES systems (Priority is an advantage, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• On-time material delivery to production line.
• Zero-line stoppages due to material shortages.
• Accuracy of material transactions in ERP/MES.
