Senior Product Designer (UI/UX Designer)

Join our creative design organization within the Tech – Platform & Development Xceleration Group (PDX). We’re driving several design workstreams and developing a wide range of internal tools that empower developers and professional users worldwide. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, shaping high-impact user experiences and ensuring top-quality design execution from concept to production.
 

Responsibilities:
• Deliver product design artifacts, prototypes, and other deliverables according to project requirements and ongoing initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with the UX team, as well as cross-functional partners and stakeholders across different geographies and time zones.
• Work with the Design System and engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation aligned with design standards.
• Participate in UX and cross-functional team meetings, design critiques, and sprint planning sessions.
• Incorporate feedback effectively and ensure all design work is reviewed and approved by UX and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Take part in product requirement reviews, kickoff sessions, and contribute insights throughout the process.
• Assist in planning and conducting UX research activities, such as user interviews and usability testing.
• Provide detailed design specifications for engineering handoff and support the implementation phase (clarifying design decisions, handling edge cases, and responding to development requests).
• Perform Design QA to ensure flawless, production-ready results.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of proven experience in Product Design.
• Experience in designing complex systems – must.
• Strong preference for experience with:
– Internal / Back-office tools
– Developer-oriented products
– Products for technical users and audiences
• Expertise in leading and applying user-centered design processes, collaborating with internal stakeholders, engineers, product managers, and UX researchers.
• Deep understanding of UX methods, innovation, ideation, storytelling, prototyping, design frameworks, concept visualization, and design principles.
• Ability to comprehend and work with highly technical and complex requirements.
• Proven record of managing multiple design tasks and projects, including clear effort estimations.
• Hands-on experience supporting the full product lifecycle – from kickoff to implementation and release.
• Demonstrated experience in rapid experimentation with users and integrating research insights into design.
• Excellent command of Figma (including components, variables, advanced prototyping, and file organization).
• Ability to deliver well-structured, detailed design specs for engineering teams.
• Proficiency in whiteboarding tools (FigJam, Miro) and project-management tools (Airtable, GSuite).
• Preferred: Familiarity with AI prototyping tools and vibe coding interactive prototypes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – must; Hebrew – advantage.
• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners across Israel, India and the US.
• Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple complex projects efficiently.
