Senior Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to take part in the precise and responsible development of a smart medical SaaS product, running in a modern, high‑impact production environment.
Hybrid work model, with offices located next to Savidor train station in Ramat Gan.
What will you do?

• Design, develop, and maintain Backend applications handling complex data with high performance requirements.
• Work closely with the Data Science team to build and maintain critical server‑side infrastructure supporting the company’s LLM products.
• Design, architect, and optimize databases to efficiently store and manage critical data for AI systems.
• Collaborate daily with Data Scientists and Product Managers to understand needs and turn them into smart, stable, and impactful technological solutions.
• Lead projects with a proactive mindset, including driving initiatives and continuously improving the technology.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Backend development using Python.
• Experience working on a SaaS product in a production environment.
• Experience with complex systems and strong system‑level thinking.
• Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with AI / LLM technologies.
• Experience with MongoDB and Cloud environments.
