 Admin Support for Operation Division (50–60%) in Migdal Ha’Emek
Job Responsibilities

  • Provide executive administrative support to OPS MH leadership (calendar management, meeting prioritization, logistics)
  • Support HR administrative processes, including scheduling interviews, sending meeting invites, and coordinating HR-related activities
  • Support cross-functional coordination (HR, Finance, Operations, global stakeholders)
  • Support procurement activities, including opening purchase requests and working with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage sensitive information with high discretion and professionalism
  • Maintain ation, trackers, and SharePoint materials

Qualifications

  • 3+ years supporting senior leaders / executives
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills (Hebrew & English)
  • High proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion, judgment, and attention to detail
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and execution-focused
