Admin Support for Operation Division (50–60%) in Migdal Ha’Emek
Job Responsibilities
- Provide executive administrative support to OPS MH leadership (calendar management, meeting prioritization, logistics)
- Support HR administrative processes, including scheduling interviews, sending meeting invites, and coordinating HR-related activities
- Support cross-functional coordination (HR, Finance, Operations, global stakeholders)
- Support procurement activities, including opening purchase requests and working with vendors and suppliers
- Manage sensitive information with high discretion and professionalism
- Maintain ation, trackers, and SharePoint materials
Qualifications
- 3+ years supporting senior leaders / executives
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills (Hebrew & English)
- High proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of discretion, judgment, and attention to detail
- Proactive, service-oriented, and execution-focused
