Senior Hardware Project Manager | Ra’anana (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Hardware Project Manager to drive large-scale, multidisciplinary hardware programs from architecture and design through production and customer delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Lead complex hardware development programs from concept, architecture, and planning through production release.
• Own project execution, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risk management, and delivery commitments.
• Drive alignment across Hardware Design, PCB Development, ASIC Integration, Mechanical Engineering, Validation, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility across multiple projects, resource constraints, and roadmap priorities.
• Anticipate risks, identify execution gaps, and proactively drive mitigation and recovery plans.
• Support and lead major program milestones, including Architecture Reviews, Design Reviews, EVT, DVT, PVT, Manufacturing Release, and Customer Deliveries.
• Establish project governance, executive dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
• Present project status, risks, dependencies, and strategic recommendations to engineering leadership and executive management.
• Ensure successful execution of highly complex hardware platforms while balancing short-term delivery goals with long-term business objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex hardware development projects.
• Proven track record leading large-scale multidisciplinary engineering programs from development through production.
• Deep understanding of hardware development lifecycles, system architecture, and engineering execution processes.
• Strong experience working across cross-functional engineering organizations.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Background in Hardware Engineering, Board Design, or System Engineering.
• Experience with Networking, Telecommunications, Data Center, Cloud Infrastructure, or AI hardware platforms.
• Familiarity with ASIC-based systems and complex board-level designs.
• Experience leading NPI, manufacturing readiness, and supply chain activities.
• Experience working with ODMs, Contract Manufacturers, and global engineering teams.
• PMP certification.
