Network Specialist

– Configuring port level access and managing firewalls and switches

– Document all incidents in ticketing system and follow them to successful resolution

– Understand the network flow and configuring based on SOP’s

• Technical orientation

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco & Aruba routing, switching, and wireless topologies and their corresponding devices

• Build and update technical documentation and inventories

• Configure and troubleshoot switching and routing and protocols

• Configure and troubleshoot APs and Wireless networks

• Analyze and solve complex network issues

• Clear communicator in the English language (both written and verbal)

• Ability to work according to a Standard Operating Procedure

• Ability to work on different sites (according projects, incidents…)

• Ability to work in an on-call shift outside of working hours (in case of outage/issues)

• Willing to learn and develop new skills

• Must be a team player
