Operations Data Engineer

Innoviz operations Data Engineering team located in IL and is responsible to collect, manage and provide LiDARs production data, based on worldwide production sites.

Our environment consists of Data WH (SQL & noSQL DB), Python unique ETL, AWS (S3, EC2, Dynamo), Django backend. The team handles dozens of data sources & pipelines.

Our goal is to allow easy access for reliable, simply-structured live data for various parties inside Innoviz, as well as external customers.

We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team. The position is on a temporary basis for 1-year to cover for an employee on maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant, data platforms
Design, develop and maintain data solutions – Data WH, pipelines, API’s, ETL, orchestra
Web application development to support easy data access & isolation
Support Internal data customers

Requirements:

BSc. in computer-scienceinformation-systems or equivalent knowledge
Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Engineering role (Mandatory)
Strong Python & SQL skills, with proven experience
Experience with building ETL pipelines
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong interpersonal communication skills
