We are seeking a PMO to join a Global High-Tech Company located in Ness Ziona!
This is a temporary 9-month assignment with the possibility of extension or permanent placement.

The Market Development team of a leading company is looking for an energetic PMO to join the team. With can-do approach and great personal skills we are looking for a person that will drive the team performance, someone that can lead without authority, is passionate about delivering value, hands-on worker and get things done.

Market Development PMO is responsible for project standardization and improve success rate of MD project. PMO will create methodologies and will hands on manage specific marcom projects.

  • New products launch project management and coordination- timeline and review process control, get quotations and work with outsource agencies, spread deliverables (online and print)
  • Segment team event project manager: support the MD team with timeline management, gather feedbacks, manage samples tracking, unprinted giveaway, budget control, internal alignment.
  • Communication materials: be the focal point to connect segment team with agencies get quotes, assign brief, review processes manage timeline and remove barriers (cyber, MKT review) for video content, web apps, outsource design
  • Customers samples project management: work with segments to get business brief, map customers, initiate conversations, get all information and ordering.
  • Special projects: lead special projects from concept to delivery ( new application task force, Inkspiration, interactive experience, job basket calculator)
  • Budget management for projects he is managing.

Requirements:

  • BA in management/ Communication/ B.Sבc. Industrial Engineering and Management.
  • 2-3 years experience in large corporate or agency.
  • Leader in its core with ability to drive teams without authority.
  • Hands on person, make things done.
  • Native English speaker.
