We’re looking for a Business Demand Planning Analyst.
Responsibilities:
– Full ownership for managing and overseeing the Anaplan- A demand planning system, which creates the Spare Parts policy, guiding inventory levels, purchase orders, and availability.
– Maintaining current forecasting models, and building new models, dashboards & reports
– Leading high-level complexity analysis of projects & tasks related to planning, policy, demand, and LOF.
– Ensure that availability levels of spare parts are optimized based on historical data, forecasts, and business needs.
– Act as the primary point of contact for any issues within Anaplan, including interface with IT on any technical issue (bugs or performance), and interface with WW & regional planning on business-related issues.
– Track, monitor, and report on the level of availability KPI to ensure alignment with business goals.
– Ensure seamless integration of forecast data and safety stock levels between the demand planning system and the ERP system.
– Granting Business User access – Additions / Changes.
– Regularly review and update the Spare Parts policy to align with evolving business requirements, market dynamics, and performance metrics.

– A minimum of 3 years of experience in analysis roles (data, business, BI) – Must
– Analytical Skills: High proficiency in data analysis and strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills- Must
– Technical Skills: High proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau / Power BI including building dashboards & reports- Must
– At least 3 years of experience as a planner/demand planner – Must
– B.Sc. / Master. in Industrial engineering
– Basic programming skills- Advantage
– Presentation skills: ability to convey a clear message to an audience at different managerial levels.
– Strong interpersonal relations: A team player with the ability to drive action without direct authority.
– Time Management: Ability to manage tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
– Language & Communication: Excellent proficiency in English – verbal & written.
