MS Dynamics 365 Sales Expert & Program Manager

– Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM for sales processes and implement best practices.

– Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop effective CRM solutions.

– Train and support users to maximize CRM functionality.

– Monitor system performance and provide actionable insights from data.

– Create and maintain reports and dashboards for sales performance and pipeline visibility.

– Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues quickly.

– Align CRM practices with marketing for lead generation and customer engagement.

– Support system upgrades and migrations, ensuring data integrity. 

– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

– A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in IT/business operations.

– At least 5 years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics Sales.

– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

– Expertise in creating reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.

– Familiarity with additional CRM tools and platforms is a plus.
