• Lead BI projects and ongoing tasks independently.

• Lead a team of BI Business Analysts (BAs).

• Collaborate closely with the business to analyze processes and requirements.

• Work closely with functional teams of source systems.

• Partner with the development team during the implementation process.

• Conduct detailed project planning, including timelines and task assignments.

• Manage release processes.

• Maintain thorough documentation.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven capabilities in BI project management, with a minimum of two projects as a project manager.

• Proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting new initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a BI Business Analyst.

• Strong knowledge and experience with SQL.

• Extensive experience with BI data modeling and ETL processes.

• Experience in dashboard design and user experience (UX).

• Experience with Oracle DB environment.

• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks environments.

• Experience with BI front-end tools such as Qlik Sense and Power BI.
