Automation Developer with DevOps Expertise

We’re looking for an Automation Developer who brings a strong DevOps mindset and skillset to join the ML group at AFSL. This is a hands-on role focused on building, maintaining, and automating infrastructure and processes that support advanced machine learning development and data acquisition systems.

What will you do?

Develop automation tools and infrastructure for ML environments (production & development)

Manage and improve CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

Build and maintain Docker environments

Automate system setups, deployments, and configurations (Linux & Windows)

Support ML teams with automation for data collection and algorithm workflows

Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability

Learn and work closely with memory systems and ML pipelines

B.Sc. in Computer Science from a recognized university – must

Two years of experience in automation development with a strong DevOps background

Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)

Hands-on experience with Git and version control best practices

Solid understanding of Linux and Windows environments

Familiarity with ML workflows and environments – a plus

Bonus points for:

Docker experience

MLOps frameworks

NoSQL (MongoDB), PostgreSQL experience

Experience working across both Linux and Windows systems
